The Opportunity

As part of the Leadership Program, you will manage all aspects of Insurtech Insights, including building and leading a high-performance team, and executing the conference and brand strategy successfully.

Ideal candidates possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, ambition, forward-thinking, and a drive to inspire teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments and aim to scale the company rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
• Create an ecosystem and deliver exceptional products.
• Set expectations, define goals, and provide ongoing feedback and evaluations.
• Implement strategies swiftly and effectively.
• Enhance the company’s brand as a hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budgets.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion with existing clients and collaborate on new client acquisition.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or startups.
• Bachelor’s degree with excellent results, possibly followed by an MBA.
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UK, EU, or US work permit.
