Job Responsibilities: Utilize the CCH Axcess Suite and other advanced software to prepare and analyze individual and business tax returns. Design and implement strategic tax planning solutions to optimize clients’ financial positions and provide peace of mind. Conduct forensic engagements and business valuations to address complex financial challenges. Collaborate with our close-knit team of over 20 talented individuals, emphasizing support and guidance. Stay updated on changing tax laws and regulations by attending webinars, seminars, and conducting research. Analyze projections and financial statements to empower clients to make informed financial decisions aligned with their goals. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred but not required. At least 3 years of proven experience as a Senior Tax Accountant, focusing on tax planning and analysis. Familiarity with CCH Axcess Suite, QuickBooks, Outlook, and Microsoft Office products is preferred. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrates ownership and responsibility for achieving goals. Ensures transparency and follows through on commitments and deadlines. Proactive in identifying and resolving issues. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze client businesses and develop strategies to enhance their tax positions and growth.
