We’re seeking a commercially astute and relationship-driven Contract Sales Development Manager to spearhead growth across the Build-to-Rent (BTR), Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), leisure, PRS, and affordable housing sectors. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take full ownership of contract sales development across the UK & Ireland
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in BTR, PBSA, leisure, and housing sectors
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, developers, and industry influencers
- Develop and execute a 5-year growth strategy with clear go-to-market plans and performance tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage multiple projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and critical paths
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform product development and strategic decisions
- Deliver monthly reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in senior sales or business development within the contract furniture sector
- Strong understanding of project-based sales and the full product lifecycle
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly organised with strong reporting and planning capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland, with occasional overnight stays
- Full UK driving licence (clean, with no pending convictions)
