We are looking for a Trainee Property Manager. This is your chance to join Property Management professionals, who specialise in residential Property Management, delivering exceptional service to their clients and their communities. What You Can Expect

  • Location – Harlow (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)
  • Salary – Up to £30,000
  • Work type – Permanent

Main Responsibilities as a Trainee Property Manager

  • Managing a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality property management services.
  • Liaising with leaseholders, residents, contractors, and third parties to resolve issues promptly.
  • Overseeing routine and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets, ensuring costs are monitored and managed effectively.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure buildings are well-maintained and repairs are carried out efficiently.
  • Attending AGM meetings and managing key relationships with residents’ associations and freeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation and industry regulations.
  • Managing contractor relationships and monitoring performance to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Handling insurance renewals and claims, as well as other administrative duties as required.

  • Proven experience in property management, ideally within block management.
  • Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
