You will play a key part in developing insurer relationships, driving strategic facility execution, and ensuring placement initiatives align with broader business goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong insurance market knowledge and facility management expertise to make a tangible impact in a growing global organisation.

  • Placement Strategy & Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and management of the placement strategy across the Group. Support the design, development, and rollout of new and existing placement facilities. Deliver on budget and performance targets through effective project oversight.
  • Portfolio & Facility Oversight: Manage end-to-end operations of placement facilities—from concept through execution. Measure facility performance using data-driven methods and industry best practices. Mitigate risk and ensure governance by identifying and escalating key issues as required. Build strong relationships with internal teams, including Brokers, Legal, Compliance, and Finance. Act as a primary contact for clients, insurers, and external partners regarding portfolio performance and strategy. Engage with market participants and solution providers to stay ahead of trends and regulatory changes.

Proven experience in Portfolio Management or a similar strategic role within the insurance industry – broker, risk carrier or other entity. Expertise in market engagement, insurer relationship management, and delivering complex facility structures. Solid understanding of the London Market, including regulatory standards and operational frameworks. Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
