Supply Chain Administrator

We provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice and are seeking facilities and site management professionals to positively impact our sites and the people we serve. We are a four-year-old organization expanding our on-site solutions for the prison service. We are looking for applicants with experience in the following areas: Liaising with suppliers and the wider business to ensure all relevant information is complete for onboarding processes. Maintaining supplier information on Oracle, including setting up new suppliers and updating existing details. Providing administrative support to the commercial team for meetings and events. Supporting the commercial aspects of the tendering process according to GFSL procedures. Tracking compensation events to assist the commercial team in progressing with clients, noting statuses such as agreed, rejected, or in progress. Collaborating with the BSC to support client billing, ensuring all agreed additional costs are included. Ensuring effective billing to maintain the business\’s cash flow and working capital. Gathering operational data to support the valuation of compensation events. Supporting procurement processes across BSC, Commercial, and Supply Chain departments with administrative tasks. Taking responsibility for personal development and identifying beneficial training opportunities for oneself and GFSL. If this describes you, we would love to hear from you.
