We provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice and are seeking facilities and site management professionals to positively impact our sites and the people we serve. We are a four-year-old organization expanding our on-site solutions for the prison service.
We are looking for applicants with experience in the following areas:
- Liaising with suppliers and the wider business to ensure all relevant information is complete for onboarding processes.
- Maintaining supplier information on Oracle, including setting up new suppliers and updating existing details.
- Providing administrative support to the commercial team for meetings and events.
- Supporting the commercial aspects of the tendering process according to GFSL procedures.
- Tracking compensation events to assist the commercial team in progressing with clients, noting statuses such as agreed, rejected, or in progress.
- Collaborating with the BSC to support client billing, ensuring all agreed additional costs are included.
- Ensuring effective billing to maintain the business's cash flow and working capital.
- Gathering operational data to support the valuation of compensation events.
- Supporting procurement processes across BSC, Commercial, and Supply Chain departments with administrative tasks.
- Taking responsibility for personal development and identifying beneficial training opportunities for oneself and GFSL.
