InterQuest is leading the search for an exciting new opportunity for a well-established retail banking client. The bank is looking to appoint a Liquidity & Market Risk Manager to join on a permanent basis, based in either the South East or Midlands. This role offers the opportunity to lead on Liquidity and Market Risk, managing all related issues and mentoring a team of risk analysts. It provides a chance to significantly influence how the bank manages these risks. The position operates on a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing MI for market and liquidity risk reporting
- Contributing to major planning efforts across ICAAP and ILAAP
- Enhancing Funding and Liquidity Policy, IRRBB Policy, and the Treasury Risk Policy
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in liquidity risk within lending
- Good experience of IRRBB, with exposure to ICAAP/ILAAP being beneficial
