DP World is growing! We have an exciting opportunity for a QEHS Launch Trainer to support the delivery of training in Quality and EHS processes including operational training requirements and standards within existing business and also new site launches. This role will be based in the UK but will require travel to various sites in the UK and Europe so flexibility with travel will be required. French language fluency (business level) is also an essential criteria for consideration of this role.

About the role:

  • Responsible for the effective delivery of training across both Quality and EHS processes across the organisation including the operation of MHE.
  • Participates in employee training related to QHSE based on company standards.
  • Deliver training during the onboarding process for new employees in Launch phase regarding QHSE standards.
  • Provides cover and support to the Supervising Manager in respect of all QHSE trainings or retraining’s during Launch phase.
  • Liaises with all departments of the company and ensures smooth cooperation.
  • Cooperates in the training and development of senior staff and management.
  • Provides advice and service to management on training and education.
  • Supports and collaborates with the HR department.
  • Processes training documentation.
  • Collaborates in the training of employees as well as in the preparation of new employees for their work to ensure QHSE standards are achieved.
  • Support all Business as usual activities as required.

Your Key Skills:

  • Strong experience within warehouse operations/distribution/supply chain, quality, compliance or Health and Safety would be considered.
  • Relevant qualifications in training or experience in operational training ideally within logistics/warehousing and distribution would be ideal but not essential.
  • Proven knowledge of EHS and Quality standards in Automotive industry desirable not Essential.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 beneficial.
  • Train the Trainer qualification would be desirable.
  • Fluent in French ESSENTIAL.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic quality standards, HSE standards, 5S etc.
