Our client is looking for an e-Commerce National Account Manager to join a proud, family-run company with roots stretching back over 300 years. They combine tradition with innovation to support happier, healthier lives. Sustainability, welfare, and quality are at the heart of everything they do.
The role involves:
- Developing the UK&I E-Commerce Channel Strategy.
- Taking ownership of Amazon and Ocado.
- Developing and executing a customer-focused Amazon strategy (Vendor Central or Seller Central).
- Leading annual negotiations, setting joint business plans, and identifying new opportunities across the e-Commerce channel.
Ideal candidate:
- +3 years experience as an e-Commerce National Account Manager with the ability to demonstrate first class execution which has delivered tangible results across Amazon & Ocado.
- A proven negotiator and relationship builder with practical experience of category-centric selling which has delivered tangible results.
- Strong communication skills ā ability to work well as part of a team.
