Motus Commercials has 4 approved DAF Commercial Vehicle dealerships located in Carlisle, Penrith, Workington and Dumfries and is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable Commercial Vehicle Head of Service to oversee the Solway Region. As our new Head of Service, you will oversee our Brilliant Team which will see you working 5 days per week – Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 18.00pm.

As a Head of Service at Motus Commercials we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

Main duties will be:
- Proactively leading the efficient operation of the Service departments within the Solway Region, to deliver inspirational service to all our customers both internal and external and ensuring that we deliver the financial plan for the Service business
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and business development
- Instil a high-performance culture, supported with development plans for the region’s population, aligned with the group’s values
- Ensuring the regional service departmental profit budget is exceeded
- Maximised workshop loading with leading utilisation, efficiency and productivity performances
- MOT first time pass rates >98.00%
- Meet or exceed all manufacturer targets, initiatives and benchmarks
- Proactively manage regional service provisions
- Address underperforming areas, understanding what needs to change and setting them up for success, delivering sustainable profitable growth
- Work closely with the regional management team, sharing best practice and development opportunities
