We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Assistant to support company-level strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure project alignment, timely delivery, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in building scalable project processes and supporting cross-border collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination & Lifecycle Support: Support end-to-end project execution, including timeline tracking, milestone updates, resource planning, and status reporting. Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, dashboards, and standardised templates. Facilitate the adoption of PMO best practices across business units.
  • Cross-Team Communication & Support: Coordinate with teams across functions and time zones to ensure aligned execution and efficient information flow. Help manage task assignments, follow-ups, and progress tracking in systems like JIRA or Monday.com.
  • Risk & Performance Monitoring: Track project risks, identify blockers, and escalate key issues when necessary. Assist in data analysis for project KPIs (e.g., delivery timeliness, rework rate) and contribute to retrospectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Support PMO in identifying process improvement opportunities using project data. Help implement tools, templates, and workflows that improve project delivery outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting project management or operations, preferably in e-commerce, tech, or retail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong communication skills and experience working across multiple departments.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required.
