RESPONSIBILITIES AND SALARY EXPECTATIONS: As a recruitment consultant you will work hard. You will be required to:
- Call candidates and clients with the aim of finding a perfect match to make a placement.
- Headhunt.
- Generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with your candidates and clients.
Like in any sales role, you will be given weekly and monthly targets which will motivate you to succeed and earn your rewards. Recruitment offers great rewards such as incentives, fast career progression and commission!
