Internationally exhibiting artist jeweller Ute Decker is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented goldsmith/jeweller to join her studio at Cockpit Studios Bloomsbury, London. This part-time, hands-on role involves preparing metals, finishing jewellery to a high standard, supporting studio operations, and assisting during exhibitions.
Candidates must have 2–3 years of professional bench experience, proficiency with gold and silver, and excellent craftsmanship. You’ll work closely with Ute, contributing to both intricate small pieces and large-scale projects. Flexible working days (approx. 2 days/week or 6–7 days/month). Competitive hourly rate up to £20/hour, based on skills and efficiency. Not suitable for new graduates.
