An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager who will cover sites across West Sussex, based out of their Regional office in Caterham. As the Area Sales Manager, you will work with the sales teams across multiple sites in West Sussex to ensure the agreed sales targets and objectives are met through effective management in line with the Customer Journey. You will motivate and support the site teams to perform to the best of their ability and achieve the required performance within the KPI's.
