One of the world’s leading Professional Services firms is seeking a senior procurement professional to head up a key FTSE 100 account and develop the FM sourcing strategy across the EMEA region. The FM Procurement Lead will be working within a multi-award-winning sourcing function and enjoy managing spends of £100M+ across multiple geographies.
Key role involvements:
- Creating strategic solutions for specific commodities and client account pursuits, procurement planning, RFP/quotation management, bid analysis and recommendations, liaison with client governance teams.
- Spearheading major FM sourcing projects including but not limited to cleaning, catering, waste management, building & ground maintenance etc (Hard and Soft FM Procurement).
- Engaging executive and board level stakeholders to ensure strong ties between procurement and other key business areas.
- Managing key bid processes, commercial evaluation, recommendations, contract document preparation, functional reviews and approvals.
- Mentoring and people managing subordinates effectively.
The FM Procurement Lead is required to have:
- Extensive FM procurement experience across the following areas: cleaning, catering, waste management, building & ground maintenance etc (Hard and Soft FM Procurement).
- Managed the cradle-to-grave sourcing process including RFP, RFQ, contract drafting and negotiation, T&Cs negotiation, Stakeholder Engagement.
- Progressed throughout your Strategic Sourcing and Purchasing career to date, preferably with experience within a leading blue chip FTSE 100 firm.
- Been involved in international sourcing projects, preferably across the EMEA region.
Desired qualifications:
- Degree, MBA or equivalent.
- MCIPS, CPM & Prince 2 or equivalent.
