Salary: £30,000 – £34,300 per annum (including sleep-ins) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Location: Tadley, West Berkshire About The Role – Dual Home Manager As a Dual Home Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the daily running of two vibrant homes alongside our experienced Registered Manager. You’ll guide and inspire a passionate team, ensure the highest standards of care, and create a home where every child feels safe, valued, and able to thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Deputy Manager looking to step up or an existing Home Manager ready to expand their influence across multiple homes.
