Loch Arthur Camphill Community, South West Scotland

Could you lead in one or both of our two organic, biodynamic farms? The ideal candidate will have practical farming skills and experience and be able to demonstrate aptitude in a management role. You should have knowledge and experience, or a keen interest in, organic, biodynamic or nature-based farming. You will also need to enjoy working within a shared community setting and alongside people with a range of different abilities.

This is a unique opportunity to take custodianship of land that has been cared for biodynamically for nearly 40 years, and to help shape the future of farming at Loch Arthur. There will be a transitional hand-over period where you will learn about our farms – one dairy, and the other beef and sheep – from our current farm team.
