The Data and Insights Analyst is a key member of the Energy Team within the Savills Property Management Division. The role supports the delivery of energy bureau and procurement services by providing high-quality data analysis, reporting, and automation solutions that drive operational performance and informed decision-making for our property management clients.
The Analyst is responsible for developing data tools and dashboards, resolving system-related issues, conducting audits, and ensuring the integrity of energy-related data. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver data-driven insights and efficiencies. While prior experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and Power Apps is advantageous, it is not essential; what matters most is a proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and develop these skills over time.
