In effect, we have aligned our own sustainability ambitions with those of our clients and prospects. Eradicating 327,000 tonnes CO2e by 2028 is the goal – this is the equivalent of taking 73,000 cars off the road.
We are currently seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing sales invoicing and financial reporting, ensuring that all end-to-end invoicing requirements for clients and energy suppliers are met. The Billing Coordinator will play a crucial part in facilitating the timely collection of cash into the business, supporting the efficient flow of revenue. Requirements:
- Knowledge of the energy sector would be desirable
- Experience in data analysis and invoicing
- Min. A level academic achievement & Maths GCSE or equivalent
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good organisation skills and ability to manage time efficiently, prioritising workload to achieve targets
- Good attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, primarily Outlook and Word
- Advanced Excel skills for summarising, comparing and analysing data
- Good attitude & willingness to help
