The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

We're looking for a Tour Administrator to package History and Sports Tours for Educational Visits.

  • Tour operating support to TCs from New Enquiry through to Post-Tour stages for school groups as directed.
  • General support to tour coordinators as directed by Managers.
  • Organise Consultation Visits and presentations and liaising with the guide team.
  • Using a bespoke IT system as well as standard Microsoft applications to administer the operation of the tour.
  • Liaising with suppliers in UK and overseas to confirm services and finalise details.
  • Data entry and data cleansing on an in-house tour management system.
  • Assisting with credit control.
  • Awareness of the Company's Safety Management System.
  • Assist in identifying improvements to work organisation and procedures etc.
  • Providing a range of administrative support as required which may include GDPR, H&S and office facilities.
  • General office duties.
  • Occasional travel in the UK and abroad to learn more about our products at first hand.
