The Restaurants Marketing team are looking for a proactive and organised junior marketer to support the delivery of exciting campaigns across Harrods' diverse restaurant portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic restaurants team at a time of transformation. As Restaurants Marketing Executive, you'll support the execution of key marketing campaigns across all 30 of our restaurant propositions. Working closely with teams across brand experience, retail, and insights, you'll help bring briefs to life, manage the execution of campaigns, and ensure restaurant marketing aligns with wider business strategy. With responsibility for reporting, stakeholder engagement, and detailed coordination, this role is perfect for a proactive junior marketeer looking to accelerate their career in a structured, high-performing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting campaign delivery from briefing through execution, working with brand, PR, and social teams
- Managing regular reporting including Monday trade reviews and retrospective campaign analyses
- Coordinating campaign assets and briefing decks, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders
- Updating digital platforms with restaurant changes, menu updates, pricing and ensuring consistency across listings (e.g. Google My Business)
- Collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders including concessions, retail operations, and strategy teams
About You
You'll be an enthusiastic and ambitious self-starter with at least a year of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a structured business environment. You thrive in fast-paced, reactive settings, are highly organised, and bring a natural confidence when working across teams and presenting ideas. Your attention to detail, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn will see you succeed in this evolving role. You will enjoy the challenge of managing multiple projects and stakeholders, while always remaining focused on delivery and results.
You will:
- Be confident using tools like Excel and working with project lists to stay on top of a busy and reactive workload
- Understand reservation platforms (e.g. SevenRooms) and how to use data to inform campaign strategy
- Bring passion for marketing, with a keenness to grow in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
