An international architecture and design practice is seeking a highly skilled Architect to join its London studio. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and delivery of a landmark luxury hotel project in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a world-class hospitality scheme with a focus on innovation, quality, and international design excellence. Please note this opportunity is based full time in the office.
Responsibilities
- Work on the architectural design development of a luxury hotel project in the UAE
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants across design stages
- Produce and manage detailed 3D models and technical documentation
- Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders with the support of the Project Director to communicate design intent and ensure project alignment
- Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative, design-led studio environment
Requirements
- Fully qualified Part III Architect (ARB/RIBA or equivalent)
- Significant experience in the design and delivery of international luxury hospitality projects
- Strong design sensibility with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality hotel work
- Advanced proficiency in Rhino is essential, Revit preferable
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project leadership skills
- Understanding of international hotel brand standards is advantageous but not essential
