Overview: ISS provides integrated facilities management services across multiple regions, covering cleaning, property maintenance, security, catering, and more. The Facilities Coordinator/Technical Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting this delivery, with a focus on maintaining and improving technical compliance. You will be responsible for the accurate administration of systems and reporting data to ensure they meet high standards of quality, reliability and efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact in one of ISS’s most significant and high-performing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign jobs and schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Raise purchase orders for engineering tasks
  • Follow up on contractors’ risk assessments (RAMS) and work schedules
  • Prepare job packs and upload service documentation
  • Maintain compliance documents, health and safety records, insurance, and competency files

About You:

  • Strong background in FM services, admin and building operations (e.g. in a Facilities Coordinator or Help Desk Administrator type position)
  • Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of facilities services.
  • Highly personable, able to build & maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of health and safety issues.
  • Skilled in managing client and supplier relationships
  • Proficient in Excel, Coupa and MS Office
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and commercial awareness
  • Excellent time management, able to work under pressure
