Position Summary:
PMC Treasury, a global leader in treasury consultancy, is seeking a Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant to deliver high-impact treasury and risk management solutions to financial sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporates. This role focuses on enhancing financial efficiency, mitigating risks, and driving growth through innovative treasury and working capital strategies. As a senior team member, you’ll lead engagements, oversee solution development, and drive business growth alongside industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Oversee the management and execution of Treasury Solutions engagements.
- Enhance PMC’s treasury offerings by improving models, datasets, and analytical tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporates.
Business Development:
- Drive business growth by generating leads, developing pitches, and closing deals.
- Actively engage with sponsors and clients to identify and address treasury needs.
- Cultivate new and existing business relationships to expand PMC’s client base.
Engagement Delivery:
- Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring high-quality analysis and recommendations.
- Coach and oversee internal teams and panel members for optimal delivery.
- Automate advisory solutions by collaborating with technology partners to streamline processes and enable data-driven decision-making.
Experience & Characteristics:
- 12-18 or more years experience in treasury, working capital, or related financial environments.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Visual Basic or other programming tools is a plus.
- Bachelor\’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel and a commitment to professional growth.
- Fluency in additional European or Asian languages is an advantage.
