YOUR ROLE

Business Transformation Consulting (BTC) sits within Business Technology Solutions (BTS) and we are focused on providing services to our clients that deliver tangible business value through technology enabled change programmes. We provide the capabilities that ensure our clients deploy their IT enabled ambitions and realise defensible benefits as a result through Organisational Change Management, Process Consulting, IT Transformation, Learning & Enablement, Digital User Experience and Innovative Collaboration.

BTC is a growing team of people who listen, assess, advise and challenge in order to help our clients design their change. From full Operating Model Transformation to Evolution through continuous improvement, we work with our clients to design their business. We deliver detailed and actionable designs that people can relate to – benefit realisation plans, processes, work instructions, KPIs, organisation structures, role descriptions, staffing levels, change impact assessments, training, communications & engagement, and detailed change and implementation plans which are fully integrated with the technology designs and plans.

What you’ll be doing as a Graduate

With customer satisfaction at the heart of every action you take, you will quickly become the client’s trusted advisor on how they can make the most of the cutting-edge technology that is being developed at Capgemini. Guiding them through this complex process, you will make the most detailed solutions understandable and accessible, working seamlessly with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure your proposed solutions exceed their expectations.

You’ll seek to deliver a consistently high quality of customer service by working with clients to identify potential weaknesses in their businesses, before providing suggestions for exceptional solutions. You’ll work on projects that are in development, engaging with your client to understand how the new technology will impact on the people using it, and what measures need to be taken to ensure the business is prepared for this change. You’ll be there every step of the way as your client’s business is transitioned from the old technology to your new solutions.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor’s degree, with the capacity to interpret data and information into high-performing solutions.
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills – we are developing products for people, so you’ll need to be able to fully empathise with their needs and concerns.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, the capacity to work autonomously, and an ability to understand a client’s business requirements.

YOUR SECURITY CLEARANCE

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required. Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last five years with no more than 6 months out of the country (in order to meet security clearance requirements). You may be required to work away from home during the week after the initial training period.
