A strong and intelligent leader and communicator is required for this large challenging and interesting PFI contract in Manchester that is 13 years old with a further 17 years left to run. This contract is unusual in that the Hard FM is delivered by another FM business and this role holds and manages the Lifecycle fund.
After a recent re-focus on this contract, you will need to be skilled at stakeholder management, driving energy and enthusiasm across the contract, whilst being solutions focused and having strong PFI contractual knowledge in the healthcare arena.
