Sb is working with a high performing fashion brand who are recruiting a Designer to take lead on their womenswear department to ensure newness and ranges are commercially competitive. You will manage design projects from concept to completion.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating innovative and on-trend casual womenswear designs aligned with seasonal collections and brand identity
  • Regular competitive shopping and identifying key trends and gaps within the market
  • Working alongside in-house Buyers and Product Developers to participate in fit sessions
  • Working with factories in Turkey, China, and Pakistan and building strong relationships
  • Monitoring and supporting the Junior Designers

You must be:

  • An experienced Womenswear Designer with a focus on streetwear and casualwear
  • Proficient in trend market analysis and reporting
  • Able to develop detailed computer-aided designs including colourways, patterns, and materials
  • Possess a highly commercial and trend-led design portfolio within womenswear
