What you’ll be doing:

Lead and evolve UK graduate and apprenticeship programmes, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement
Support APAC graduate underwriting programmes with coaching and regional engagement
Maximise the apprenticeship levy, manage budgets, and align with sustainability goals
Collaborate globally with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and external partners
Champion diversity and inclusion across all early careers initiatives
Coach and mentor early-in-career talent, helping them thrive and grow
Use data and insights to drive programme evolution and regional expansion

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience leading early careers or L&D programmes in a complex, global environment
Strong coaching, stakeholder management, and vendor relationship skills
A strategic thinker who’s also hands-on and delivery-focused
Passionate about developing talent and building inclusive pipelines
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in using data to drive decisions and measure programme success.
