Axon Moore has exclusively partnered with a Private Equity backed business in Chorley to recruit a Head of Commercial - a newly created role to support C-Suite with strategic decision making. The business has been growing consistently over the past two years and is quickly becoming a leading brand within their industry. They are a contract based business and have been slowly taking more and more of the market in the UK. In addition to this, funded by their private equity investors, they have had a cash injection to begin making strategic acquisitions across the UK. They have already had significant success and they have a pipeline of M&A planned for 2025.
As this is a key season for them as they build the business towards an ultimate PE to PE deal, they are looking for an established candidate who can hit the ground running but with clear ambition themselves to progress their career. This individual will have a voice from the beginning in the board room and they will be equipped and supported to grow and develop their own role.
Key criteria for this position:
- Candidates must be qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
- Have commercial experience in finance within industry.
- Ideally have exposure within an acquisitive business, or a keen interest in this area of finance.
- Technical skillsets are assumed within Excel, modelling and contract reviews.
