Our client is currently seeking an experienced, qualified, and confident Room Leader to work at their Ealing nursery.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are met.
- Observing children and managing their learning and development records.
- Working with the EYFS Curriculum and planning exciting age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors.
- Being a key person, completing observations and reports where required.
- Building positive relationships with parents and Ofsted.
- Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & Safety.
- Attending staff meetings and training as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be Level 3 qualified.
- Must have a clean DBS which is either valid or on update service.
- Must have 2 references.
- Must be a strong team player and leader.
