Our client is currently seeking an experienced, qualified, and confident Room Leader to work at their Ealing nursery.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are met.
  • Observing children and managing their learning and development records.
  • Working with the EYFS Curriculum and planning exciting age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors.
  • Being a key person, completing observations and reports where required.
  • Building positive relationships with parents and Ofsted.
  • Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & Safety.
  • Attending staff meetings and training as required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be Level 3 qualified.
  • Must have a clean DBS which is either valid or on update service.
  • Must have 2 references.
  • Must be a strong team player and leader.
