An award-winning, design-led landscape architecture practice with studios in London and Bristol is seeking a Studio Manager to support the smooth running of its operations. Certified as a B Corp, the practice is committed to environmental and social responsibility, inclusive design, and collaborative ways of working. It brings together creative ambition and technical expertise within a thoughtful, progressive studio culture.
The Studio Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of both studio locations. This is a three-day-a-week role that supports the daily operations of the practice, while also contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing operations and coordination between London and Bristol studios
- Managing HR records, staff training, and compliance (including ISO standards and Living Wage accreditation)
- Leading PQQ accreditations such as Constructionline, SMAS, and Achilles
- Supporting B Corp accreditation processes and internal working groups
- Organizing studio events, team meetings, and social activities
- Providing occasional bid support and visa administration (desirable)
- Regular travel between both studio locations is required
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident in supporting both people and processes. A background in studio, office, or project management is desirable, along with strong communication and administrative skills.
