Job Type: Full-time and part time positions, Permanent

Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (full time, flexibility required)

About The Role

We have multiple exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our busy call centre based in Houghton-le-Spring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making Outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Selling appliance warranty packages and services
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Following all company policies, processes, and compliance regulations
• Start and finish times: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (full time) part time hours tbc
• This is not a remote working role – you will be based at our Houghton-le-Spring office.
• Hours of work are subject to change, and you must be flexible.

What We\’re Looking For:

• The candidate must have previous proven experience in a Contact Centre Sales role
• A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop quickly
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional approach at all times
• Self-motivated and driven by targets and bonuses
• Resilient – able to stay motivated even on the toughest days
• Basic computer skills, including competency in Excel
• Ability to follow sales processes and achieve KPIs
• Ability to travel to our Houghton-le-Spring office (this is not a remote role)
