Southampton – 5 Days On-site

£26,000 – £30,000

Our client is a long-established SaaS organisation currently expanding their Application Support team. They’re looking for an enthusiastic Applications Support Analyst to help manage and resolve support issues while contributing to more analytical tasks and escalating when necessary.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for technology, whether you're looking for your first role in applications support or someone with previous support experience ready for a new challenge with growth potential in a supportive team environment.

We’re looking for candidates who possess the following:

Great communication skills both written and verbal
Passionate about technology
Experience on ERP is a plus
