What you’ll be doing:
- Business development - Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities through phone-based and face-to-face engagement.
- Candidate sourcing & Management – Attracting top talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Sales & Negotiation – Matching candidates with the right opportunities and closing deals.
- Building Long Term Relationships – Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and candidates.
