Are you a construction solicitor looking to gain experience in a busy non-contentious team?

Client: A busy Legal 500 Tier 1 construction team in a forward-thinking firm.

Role: Work on a full and varied caseload of non-contentious construction matters, working alongside an experienced team and closely with Partners. A unique opportunity to gain both broad commercial exposure and larger projects experience. Particular focus on development work including forward funding developments. Engage in business development and marketing opportunities. Offers fantastic client exposure and clear progression opportunities.

You: 2-4 years PQE in construction law, ideally in a busy non-contentious team. Experience in negotiating and drafting contracts. Strong technical and client management skills.
