Our dedicated Salesforce practice harnesses the full power of Salesforce products and innovations, while leveraging our design thinking, consultative approach, and CX expertise to create new digital experiences for customers. We are looking for an Enterprise Architect who will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for engagements that involve Salesforce within an Enterprise landscape leveraging multiple Salesforce Clouds (platform) within the extended client ecosystem.

In this role you will provide strategic technical leadership that enables business success as impacted by technology and its application to business systems (integrated technology, process, and work done by people). You need to have experience overcoming enterprise challenges with digital transformation, rapidly changing business models and customer expectations. This role brings expertise in the Lead to Revenue space covering sales functions through Revenue Recognition including but not limited to Commerce systems, Omnichannel quoting, Configure Price Quote, Billing, ERP solutions and the infrastructure that drives these systems.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand and analyze business processes, design comprehensive solutions using Salesforce technology in a broad IT ecosystem, while ensuring scalability, security, and simplicity.
  • Develop and present technical architecture documents and solution proposals.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and assess low level design, configuration, security, code quality, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Clouds and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PIM, Payment) to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Customize and extend the functionality of Salesforce Clouds.
  • Provide mentorship to help support and develop the talent of your team members.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of the implementation by implementing proper data access controls, encryption, and adhering to industry best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce and Enterprise features, releases, and industry trends.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance overall project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Perform as a key contributor in discovery and client future state strategy activities.
  • Understand and recommend appropriate models of Cloud-first, Lift-and-shift, Multi-cloud and Hybrid-cloud architectural solutions and integration patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, Quality Assurance, and Project Managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Gather impactful thought leadership content from project engagements and across the business organization.
  • Work closely with Salesforce COE teams to assist on new initiatives and RFPs and ensuring ROI.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to SaaS, Quote-to-Cash, CRM and/or ERP including Salesforce Clouds and other Salesforce products.
  • Experience with end-to-end system development lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects.
  • Understanding of the impact of architecture/design on end user.
  • Experience in the following: Multi-cloud and Hybrid-cloud architecture.
  • Low code systems and architecture.
  • Enterprise Governance.
  • Creation and maintenance of infrastructure supporting complex application environment(s).

You are someone who is:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate all levels of comprehensive enterprise architectures and diagramming same.
  • Communicate with clarity and impact, with an understanding of how the message has been received (for both internal and client facing communication).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
