Job Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan and work closely with stakeholders and vendors to maintain schedule for the delivery of infrastructure projects involving mainly the tech refresh of network infrastructure.
  • Manage change process, ensure deliverables address required quality & support requirements, ensure project performance adheres to stipulated KPIs and are compliant to prevailing security and governance requirements.
  • Ensure the smooth transition of the system from the project implementation phase to operation & maintenance phase.
  • Organise and participate in project reporting, updates and post-mortems with the goal to identify and enhance processes as part of continuous improvement effort.

Qualification & Experience

  • At least three to five years of experience in project management managing and implementing IT infrastructure projects with government agencies.
  • Able to handle parallel tracks, technical issues and manage different groups of users and external vendors.
  • Good working knowledge in networking where relevant technical certification (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, ITIL or equivalent) is highly desired.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to define risk, identify potential threats, and develop action/mitigation plans.
  • Positive mind set, highly organized and able to work effectively with limited supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
