As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Senior / Lead Front-End Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of our platform, with potential technical leadership on the front-end roadmap, architecture and strategy. The Role As a Senior Front-End Engineer , you’ll be building sleek, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript . You’ll work closely with product designers, back-end engineers, and climate specialists to create intuitive, data-driven interfaces that empower businesses to make sustainable choices. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications using React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies . Collaborate with designers to translate Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect UI components. Work with back-end engineers to integrate RESTful APIs. Optimize performance and accessibility for a seamless user experience. Contribute to front-end architecture decisions and best practices. What We’re Looking For Strong experience in React and TypeScript , with a deep understanding of modern front-end development. Proficiency in state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar). Experience with component libraries (Material UI, Tailwind, or similar). Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design. Experience integrating APIs and working in cross-functional teams. Passion for sustainability and climate technology (bonus!).
