Position Title: Industrial Site Electrician Reporting to the installation foreman, you will be part of the electrical installation team installing bespoke control systems, mainly for the concrete/materials handling industry’s, throughout the UK and Ireland. Top 3 Things to know about this job : Attractive Salary Excellent opportunity to progress and advance your skills in automation and PLC control systems Job Security Main Duties & Responsibilities installation of electrical control and switchgear panels installation of containment installation of cabling installation of PLC control systems installation of range of level sensors, switches, weighing and safety systems The ideal candidate: will be a qualified electrician, conversant with 18th Edition IEE regulations or be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years job related experience in an industrial environment will be able to read and understand electrical schematics, cable schedules and assembly instructions will be self motivated and will be a team player will be able to supervise apprentices and trades assistants will ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations will have integrity, honesty and trust Applicants must: Have a full/clean driving license Be prepared to travel throughout GB and Ireland, regularly working away from home, from a Monday to Friday.
