Our clients, based in the legal sector in Central London, are looking for bright and enthusiastic experienced chambers and front-of-house professionals to join their team on an ad hoc basis. Working with front of house and reception teams, you can gain excellent administration and customer experience whilst working flexibly to fit around your life and help progress your career and open up opportunities for the future.
The successful candidate will have:
- Provide exceptional and professional reception service.
- Operate the switchboard efficiently.
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms, seminars, and events as necessary.
- Deal with correspondence appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Provide general assistance and administration to the wider team.
Successful candidates will have:
