An exciting opportunity has arisen at a forward-thinking global beauty company. Blush & Bloom are pleased to be partnered exclusively to search for a dynamic NPD Innovation Manager with proven experience in end-to-end product development, strategic innovation planning and supplier management to help drive the development of highly successful beauty products.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes product creation – someone excited to identify white space, source the right partners and deliver game-changing launches. You'll lead innovation from concept through to shelf across skincare, haircare and wellness categories.
You’ll be responsible for driving the NPD pipeline across a portfolio of fast-growth brands. This is a multi-faceted role - balancing creative development with operational delivery and commercial viability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end product development from idea to launch.
- Build and manage the 3-year innovation pipeline.
- Brief and work with labs to develop new formulas.
- Source packaging and manage development, tooling, and artwork.
- Track and manage project timelines and deliverables (CPAs).
- Oversee product testing, claims, and regulatory processes.
- Work with design agencies on product naming and packaging.
- Monitor trends and competitors to inspire new product ideas.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Approve artwork and coordinate with packaging suppliers.
- Support product launches with marketing and PR teams.
- Share new ideas and help improve how the team works.
- Experience in NPD or innovation within beauty, personal care or lifestyle categories.
- Strong working knowledge of cosmetic formulations, packaging development and supply chain.
- Demonstrable success in launching multiple SKUs from concept to shelf.
- Passion for identifying trends and converting insights into commercially viable product ideas.
- Confident project manager - used to owning multiple timelines and touchpoints.
