This is a highly collaborative and commercially critical role, focused on driving awareness, adoption, and engagement with our client’s onboarding solution across the UK legal sector.

The role reports into the Head of Marketing. The role offers hybrid working - 3 days in the London office/WFH split - with 5 days in the office during the 2 month probation period.

- Create & manage compelling content that highlights the platform’s benefits across ID verification, AML checks, e-signatures, & source of funds
- Develop go-to-market messaging for new features, regulatory updates, & product enhancements
- Build campaigns that communicate the value of eCOS to conveyancers, practice managers, & compliance teams within law firms
- Collaborate with legal and product teams to translate regulatory & legislative changes into engaging content (e.g. AML updates, KYC obligations, onboarding standards)
- Write and publish whitepapers, blogs, guides, videos, and email content that supports customer understanding and platform adoption
- Ensure content meets high standards for accuracy, clarity, tone, & relevance in a compliance-sensitive environment
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across web, email, social, webinars, and partner platforms to drive product awareness and inbound engagement
- Align with sales and customer success teams to create conversion-optimised collateral for use throughout the customer journey
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing KPIs related to eCOS adoption, usage, and campaign impact

- Experience managing product-centric campaigns and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Skilled in campaign planning, copywriting, and digital content creation across multiple channels
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS systems, and SEO principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to make complex topics accessible and actionable
DESIRED (but not essential):
- Understanding of legislation impacting legal onboarding processes (e.g. Economic Crime Act, AML Directives, digital ID frameworks)
- Experience working on campaigns promoting platforms like eSign, digital ID verification, or compliance management software
- Background in legaltech, regtech, gaming or financial services marketing
