As they enter their next phase of growth, we are searching for a standalone Talent Acquisition Partner who is excited to shape and elevate the hiring strategy, drive global recruitment efforts, and play a critical role in building a world-class team.
Role: This is a high-impact, autonomous position where you’ll take full ownership of talent acquisition across the business. From designing processes and championing our brand, to sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier talent — you’ll be instrumental in fuelling our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, with a strong focus on IT and technical roles in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Operate confidently in a standalone role, managing all aspects of the talent lifecycle with minimal oversight.
- Represent and evolve the company’s employer brand to attract top talent globally.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine scalable recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using creative strategies, including AI-driven sourcing tools and techniques.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Track and report key metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and deliver insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, from first touch through to onboarding.
Requirements:
- 3+ years proven experience in talent acquisition within fast-paced SaaS or tech environments.
- Comfortable working independently in a standalone TA function.
- Demonstrated success in IT and technical recruitment, particularly in scaling teams at speed.
- Strong knowledge of candidate engagement, recruitment process design, and the application of innovative sourcing strategies including AI.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
