Site Service Engineer

Site Service Engineer – Mechanical Biased Salary: £40,659 Working Days: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Holiday: 32 Days Location: Oldham / Ashton Area Our manufacturing client, with several sites across the UK, is looking for a skilled Site Service Engineer to maintain and service boilers, pressure valves, piping, and compressed air supplies across the site. Main Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills Required: Time served in a factory services environment or workplace experience. Good fault finding and testing skills. BOAS or equivalently trained in boiler operations; experience working with steam boilers, boiler water treatment, and water softening plant is desirable. Experience in NDT preparation for testing of pressure vessels. Experience in steam supplies and ancillary equipment, including pipe fitting skills. Experience in compressed air supplies and ancillary equipment, including pipe fitting skills. Plumbing skills in line with maintenance duties and control of Legionella.
