We work with service users to make the changes that stick. Our people will be with you every step of the way, translating the science into healthy habits that add up to long term health improvement.
Every day you will:
- Conduct the initial assessment with the service user, take measurements including validated questionnaires, height, and weight.
- Deliver group sessions covering nutrition, physical activity, and behaviour change.
- Work with service users to help them achieve their goals.
- Maintain data monitoring records for all service users within your caseload in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist the service user engagement strategy to ensure adherence to the programme and minimise dropouts.
- Where required, conduct risk assessments on potential delivery venues.

To thrive in this role, you must have:
- Relevant health and wellbeing qualification such as (but not limited to) an undergraduate degree, diploma, or equivalent in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Psychology, Sport Science and/or a CIMSPA fitness qualification at level 3 or above.
- Strong presentation and organisation skills.
- A full driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
