A rapidly scaling European SaaS scale-up with private equity investment and huge growth plans is looking for a hands-on outbound sales player/manager. This person will lead outbound sales from the front, inspiring a team of 5 BDRs and selling to customers across pharmaceutical, biotech and private health.
Career progression to Director level within 3 years. Huge investment is going into improving their tech and product development. You will be working with inspirational leaders. It’s an exciting time to join!
Here’s what you’ll be doing in the first 12 months:
- Driving new revenue in line with the ambitious company vision
- Hands-on sales, leading from the front, driving outbound selling
- Building, recruiting and developing your own BDR team
- Coaching existing team and helping progress their careers
- Leading and growing the customer base across the UK, US and Europe
