Are you an experienced Audit Manager with a track record in CASS and Safeguarding audits? Looking to take the lead in a fast-evolving market and manage a portfolio valued at £500,000+? A leading consultancy is expanding its CASS audit offering and is now looking for a skilled and ambitious professional to join their growing London team.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role where you’ll be the go-to expert for a varied client base. You\’ll lead engagements, oversee a high-performing team, and manage a portfolio of financial services clients – all while shaping how CASS audit is delivered across the firm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a sizeable client portfolio with CASS and safeguarding audit responsibilities
• Acting as the lead on technical issues, project delivery, and client relationships
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing audit teams
• Playing a key role in business development, including supporting bids and winning new engagements
• Working flexibly in a collaborative hybrid model with 2–3 days per week in the London office

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in professional services or consultancy – this is essential
• Proven experience leading CASS audits and safeguarding reviews across multiple sectors
• A track record of managing a portfolio of at least £500,000
• Confidence with audit software tools and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects and engage stakeholders at all levels
