Heres a summary of the key details and requirements for this position: Job Overview: Location: Belfast office – BT1 5JA Start Date: 10th February Working Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 am 5 pm Tuesday: 8:30 am 6:30 pm Friday: 8:30 am 2 pm No weekends! Salary & Earnings Potential: Base Salary: £26,000 with uncapped commission Realistic OTE (On-Target Earnings): £38,500 – £50,000 per annum Top Performers Potential: £80,000 Benefits: 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), employee wellbeing support, career development, flexible pension, discounts with major retailers. Key Responsibilities: 360 Degree Sales Process: Handle every stage of the sales process from lead generation to account management. Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new clients, including both self-generated leads and occasional warm leads. Business Reviews: Conduct fact-finding sessions with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored proposals. Client Retention: Manage and nurture newly acquired clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued business. What You Need: Sales Experience: At least 12 months in B2B/B2C sales (essential). Consultative Sales Approach: A problem-solving attitude and the ability to build relationships. Lead Generation: Experience in generating new business leads independently. Resilience: Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. Account Management Experience: Proven ability to manage and retain clients.
