About the Role

Join Onebright as a BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist in the Independent Practitioner Network, based in Oxford.

We offer a hybrid, full‑time schedule that is flexible. As an independent practitioner you will deliver CBT for CYP and adults across phone, secure video, and face‑to‑face settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based CBT to CYP and adult clients in the neuro‑developmental space.
• Maintain a regular caseload of private clients with long‑term contact.
• Collaborate with the network’s leading professionals and utilize technology for case management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Accredited BABCP therapist.
• Relevant experience with remote or face‑to‑face CBT for CYP or adults.
• Capacity to work a full‑time schedule and handle a flexible caseload.
• Motivation to extend knowledge and engage in CPD.
