Our Client - an industry leading, financial services consultancy, have engaged us on an Onboarding / KYC project team build for one of their Insurance Clients. We're looking for 2 x Workstream Leads (one "future state" and one "current state") to assist in leading a project team on a client onboarding initiative, with an immediate start - initial 4 month scope piece, followed by implementation phase to spearhead change across full lifecycle client onboarding.

Key project objectives below:

  • Identify and set definitions for the data points we need to capture to meet our IPO due diligence, regulatory, financial crime, and ESG-related requirements.
  • Capture and maintain accurate, complete, and validated data across all onboarding entities to meet regulatory, financial crime, and ESG-related requirements.
  • Enable monitoring and oversight of financial crime, regulatory and ESG risks and supplier integrity - supporting transparency, in line with stakeholder expectations and sustainability commitments.
  • Align with their enterprise-wide risk appetite statements and control frameworks.
  • Leverage existing in-house resources, platforms, and technologies to ensure efficiency, scalability, and minimal duplication.

You will assist the Programme Director to scope, plan, lead, manage and report across the entirety of the project, with a support team that consists of five Onboarding SMEs / B.A.s. These SMEs will each have a separate focus area.

You will be someone with previous experience of Onboarding / KYC / AML transformations & projects into Insurance Clients - with experience of driving a B.A team that is aligned to the Programme Director's strategy and direction.
